This role will support the design, enhancement, and implementation of the Target Operating Model for an internal GFS practice. The role will also involve tailoring content to align with geography nuances and supporting implementation across different geographies.

Responsibilities:

Target Operating Model (TOM) Design & Development

* Assist in the creation and refinement of the Target Operating Model.
* Identify and propose enhancements to the existing TOM framework to improve efficiency and suitability.

Implementation Support

* Partner with geography implementation leads and teams to adapt global TOM content for regional/regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate on the development of implementation tools, templates, and supporting materials for effective roll-out and consistency across geographies.
* Provide support in drafting comprehensive documentation, guides, and processes to facilitate smooth and successful implementation.

Stakeholder Engagement

* Collaborate with team lead, regional leads, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, tailoring the TOM framework to fit their specific contexts and challenges.

Knowledge Management

* Develop and maintain a repository of standardized tools, templates, and best practices for TOM design and implementation to enhance consistency and scalability.

Qualifications

* Experience designing Target Operating Models
* Skilled in creating high-quality tools, templates, and materials, including comprehensive process documentation, guides, and operational frameworks.
* Ability to assess and improve operational frameworks, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
* Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all deliverables and documentation.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders across different geographies.

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints (e.g., in relation to any financial interests and employment relationships). This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm, and also prohibitions on certain employment relationships (e.g., you are not permitted to hold a secondary employment role with SEC audit clients of the firm whilst being employed by the firm).
