About the Role
Due to continued growth, were excited to be expanding our Finance Services Team with a brand-new Finance Assistant role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-focused, motivated and keen to build their career in education finance. In this role, youll play a key part in supporting our school customers with day-to-day financial operations. From processing invoices and reconciling income to resolving supplier queries and preparing payment runs, youll be the go-to person for ensuring everything runs smoothly. We offer real flexibility in how you work. This role can be based on a hybrid arrangement – spending time in our friendly Poole office and working from home – or as a fully remote role for those based further afield. Either way, youll be supported by a collaborative team of finance professionals who will help you develop your skills and knowledge across multiple school finance systems.
About You
* Experienced in a finance or customer-facing role.
* A clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
* Keen to learn new financial systems and processes.
