Responsibilities
* Assist in the management of daily operations within the restaurant or hospitality environment.

* Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations.
* Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
* Support financial management tasks, including budgeting and cost control measures.
Experience
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
* Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is required.
* Previous experience in team management, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
