Our client is a Multi-Site Commercial Vehicle Dealership group with multiple sites across the UK. They have been helping the UK Commercial Vehicle network running for over 30 years, with fleet maintenance, sales, service, and rental operations. They have several loyal customers and pride themselves in the customer service they deliver, maintaining a long-lasting relationship.
They are seeking a HGV Technician for their workshop department and are seeking qualified individuals to join their friendly team.

Our client is open on profiles for this role, whether you’ve experience within Plant Equipment with some experience working on HGVs or a fully qualified HGV Mechanic or LCV Technician our client will help you develop your skills further!

Duties of an HGV Technician with our Client:
17. Carrying out vehicle repairs in accordance with manufacturer's procedures within standard times set.
18. Vehicle inspection
19. General servicing
20. Fault diagnosis
21. Repair of vehicle defects
22. Road test vehicles
23. MOT preparation/presentation.
24. Breakdown/roadside assistance and call out duty required.
25. Completion of all required paperwork accurately
What our Client expects of their HGV Technician
26. Be a qualified HGV Technician (City & Guilds / NVQ Level Three or equivalent) or Similar
27. Have previous relevant experience gained in a similar industry.
28. Have your own tool kit
29. Ability to use own initiative.
30. Ability to work to instruction.
31. Full UK Driving Licence. – Preferably Clean
32. Right to Live and work within the UK
