Power BI Report Developer - Hemswell, Lincolnshire - £40,000 - £50,000 per annum Depending on Experience (Hybrid available after probation period)

Responsibilities
1. Power BI Design: Use Power BI Desktop to create interactive reports and dashboards, focusing on KPIs, operational metrics, and trends.
2. Data Visualisation: Employ best practices to develop intuitive and visually appealing reports tailored to stakeholder needs.
3. Data Modeling: Develop robust data models and relationships to analyze complex datasets accurately.
4. Report Integration: Integrate data from databases, spreadsheets, ERP systems (including TROPOS), and other sources for comprehensive reporting.
5. Data Analysis: Monitor report performance, optimize queries, and maintain efficiency.
6. Data Security: Implement role-based access controls to safeguard confidential information.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* At least 1 year of experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
* Experience with BI projects, full development lifecycle, and complex report design.
* Proficiency in SQL and handling large datasets.
* Experience with data extraction, transformation, and ERP systems (desirable).
Skills
* Strong SQL skills.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications, CRM, ERP, and data management tools.
* Analytical skills to translate data into insights.
* Understanding of data visualization principles.
