Job Title: Head of Customer Delivery / Customer Success
Location: Hampshire (Hybrid / Office based 2 x days per week
Salary: 90k base plus benefits
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Customer Delivery & Success to lead a multifunctional department responsible for delivering value to our enterprise customers.
This leader will own the entire post-sale customer lifecycle, including implementation, relationship management, project delivery, support, and long-term success.
You will oversee the Customer Relationship Management (Customer Success & Account Management), Implementation Specialists, PMO, Project Managers, and Helpdesk/BAU Support teams.
Your primary objective will be to ensure successful customer onboarding, seamless delivery, strong customer relationships, and ongoing support that drives retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
You will also lead and grow high-performing teams across:
* Customer Relationship Management (Customer Success & Account Management)
* Project Management Office (PMO)
* Project Managers
The individual we're looking for will have:
* Proven track record of successful sales leadership in a software solutions environment, preferably within the financial technology or bulk cash handling industry.
* Experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
* Demonstrated ability to establish and grow a reseller partnership network.
* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate market trends into actionable plans.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
* Previous experience in a complex solution selling environment.
* Ability to build strong external relationships with Customers and partners
* Strong presentation skills
