The Role
An exciting opportunity to join one of the country's most renowned Employment teams, consistently recognised by the Legal 500 and handling some of the best quality Employment Law work available in the market.
The caseload spans both contentious and non contentious matters, with genuine flexibility to focus on the areas of work you enjoy most.
You will advise on contracts, policies and day to day HR issues, handle complex workplace disputes and tribunal claims, advise on restrictive covenants, redundancies, restructures and collective matters, and support clients on data protection, outsourcing and international employment projects.
The client base is diverse, spanning major corporates, SMEs and not for profit organisations. With the Manchester team undergoing significant and rapid expansion, backed by a recent office move, this is an excellent moment to join and grow with a team that has real momentum behind it.
The Ideal Candidate
* Employment Associate with 2 to 5 years PQE
