What You'll Do:
* Be the first point of contact for customer queries via email, live chat, and phone
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, concise solutions
* Ensure customers have an outstanding experience with every interaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues
* Contribute to help centre documentation and customer feedback loops
What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
* Educated, ideally to Degree level (but not a necessity)
* Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset
* Tech-literate, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
* Previous experience in a support or customer service role (preferred but not essential)
* Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
