A well-established financial planning firm in Bury St Edmunds is seeking an enthusiastic IFA Administrator to join their growing team. About the Role:
Youll be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the advisers and paraplanners, ensuring smooth delivery of client service across the business. The firm is looking for someone proactive, organised and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting advisers with end-to-end administrative tasks
2. Preparing and processing client documentation and applications
3. Liaising with providers to obtain information and update policies
4. Maintaining accurate client records and back-office data
5. Assisting with meeting preparation and follow-up tasks
6. Ensuring all compliance requirements and internal processes are followed
What Theyre Looking For:
7. Previous experience in financial services admin (ideally IFA/wealth management, but open to strong wider FS backgrounds)
8. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
9. Confident communicator, able to work well with clients, advisers and providers
