* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
* Managing diaries, deadlines and key dates
* Maintaining accurate records via case management systems
* Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
* A minimum of 5 years experience in a conveyancing assistant or legal secretary role
* Strong working knowledge of residential conveyancing processes
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Professional written and verbal communication skills

Forrest Recruitment is working on behalf of a well-established legal practice to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Assistant / Legal Secretary. This is a part‑time, office‑based position providing dedicated support to one of the fee earners within a busy conveyancing department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high‑quality secretarial and administrative support, ensuring the efficient progression of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
