Associate Virtual Assistants
who can take ownership of their own client base while working collaboratively under our brand.
Role Overview
As an Associate Virtual Assistant, you'll work on an hourly basis and be allocated your own portfolio of clients. You'll act as their first point of contact and support them with the unique mix of tasks they need — from administration to client liaison to project coordination. While you'll have the independence to manage your client base, you'll also have access to guidance and support from the Lead VA when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of your clients and may include:
* Providing general administrative and organisational support.
* Managing inboxes, calendars, and scheduling.
* Preparing, formatting, and managing documents or reports.
* Handling client communication and follow-ups.
* Maintaining databases, CRMs, and records.
* Supporting projects, events, or social media activities.
* Conducting research, reporting, or ad hoc business tasks.
* Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
Skills & Requirements
* Previous experience as a VA, PA, or administrator (experience in financial services is advantageous but not essential).
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks across multiple clients.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online productivity tools.
* Ability to work independently while keeping the wider team informed.
* Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
