About the Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our fast-paced bids team in a varied and engaging support role. This position offers excellent exposure to the bid process and the chance to work closely with experienced Bid Writers, the Senior Bid Manager and Group Bid Director. While the role is primarily focused on coordination and support, there is a clear opportunity to develop into a Bid Writer position for those who are interested in pursuing that path.
This role is ideally suited to someone with strong common sense, a calm and adaptable approach, and the ability to thrive in a busy, deadline-driven environment. A strong team focus is essential.
During your probation period, the role will be primarily office-based to support learning and integration with the team. Once confident and self-sufficient, there will be flexibility to move to a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and organise the central library of company documents, including certificates, statistics and written responses
2. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to gather and share key information
3. Manage timelines and points of contact to ensure information is received and distributed efficiently
