A large and well-organised secondary school in Coventry is seeking an experienced and detail-focused Data Officer to join its central administration team from January 2026. The Role This is a pivotal role within the school, supporting senior leaders, pastoral teams and curriculum leaders with the accurate management, analysis and reporting of student data. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of assessment, attendance and progress data, ensuring information is accessible, timely and reliable. Key responsibilities include: Managing the school’s MIS (SIMS / Arbor / Bromcom) Coordinating assessment data collections and reporting cycles Producing progress, attainment and attendance reports for leadership Supporting exam data processes and results analysis Ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements The School Environment This 11–18 school has a strong reputation for organisation, calm routines and clear expectations.
