Accounts Administrator Ballymena Reed Recruitment are delighted to be working with a prestigious client based in Ballymena. Our client is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join their growing finance and administrative team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of administrative functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and data entry. The successful candidate will be highly organised, pay great attention to detail, be able to work independently and effectively collaborate with other team members. This role is full-time role, offering a competitive salary and the successful applicant will be responsible for completing the following duties: Timely and accurate purchase invoice processing. Supplier Statement Reconciliations. Credit control. Petty cash processing. Keeping records within our accounting package up to date Skills & Experience: Confident communicator, both verbal and written. Analytical and methodical. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Computer literate with a high level of MS Excel essential. Ability to work effectively, with and without direct supervision. Experience working on sage 200 (preferred but not essential) The successful applicant will be offered £28,000- £30,000 per annum dependent on experience and will have every Friday off.
