TeacherActive is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive school in North Somerset, who are looking to appoint a Male LSA to work 1:1 with a child who has a diagnosis of Autism and SEMH needs. This is a full-time role to start ASAP, supporting the child throughout the school day across all lessons. The school are seeking someone patient, understanding, and experienced in working with children with additional needs. The child requires consistent and tailored support to access learning, manage emotions, and navigate the school environment. The successful candidate will accompany the child during all lessons, promoting engagement, building trust, and supporting both academic and emotional development.
