We're now recruiting an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our expanding team in Deeside. If you're passionate about precision, teamwork, and delivering outstanding results, we'd love to hear from you.
Your Key Responsibilities
As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you'll be a vital link between our customers, insurers, and repair teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Producing accurate, "right-first-time" repair assessments
* Creating and managing estimates using Audatex
* Maintaining knowledge of and effectively using E-Scribe
* Understanding and applying the terms of all customer and insurer contracts
* Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, insurers, and colleagues
* Accurately recording actions and updates in the company management system
* Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery
About You
We're looking for someone who brings both technical skill and a strong team ethic. Ideally, you will:
* Have previous experience as a VDA/Estimator (preferred)
* Be confident using Audatex and E-Scribe
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Be organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Be adaptable, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing business
* Hold a full UK driving licence (required)

* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.5-hour shifts

* Driving Licence: Required (Full UK)
