What you’ll take on Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will take responsibility for a wide range of legal matters that keep our global operations moving. Commercial Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including concession and licensing agreements, SaaS, consultancy, and purchasing terms. Brand Collaboration: Work across our diverse portfolio of brands, handling everything from standard templates to high-profile celebrity endorsement agreements. Generalist Legal Support: Get involved in intellectual property (IP), consumer law, and regulatory work, providing clear and purposeful guidance to the business. Business Protection: Manage confidentiality agreements, IP licenses, and potentially support on data privacy, compliance, and commercial litigation. Strategic Partnership: Act as a bridge between legal requirements and business goals, helping our "internal clients" achieve their objectives safely and efficiently. What you’ll bring We are looking for a qualified solicitor from either private practice or in-house background, who is ready to work at pace and has an appetite for learning new areas of law. Essential Criteria: Qualifications: A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE) gained in-house or in private practice. Drafting Skills: Demonstrable experience in reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts. Adaptability: A genuine interest in taking on generalist legal work outside of your immediate specialism. Communication: An inspiring communicator who can build strong relationships across the business and explain complex legal points with clarity.
