We are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic Norfolk-based group to recruit for a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant.
You will form an integral part of the change management team, defining & building solutions to automate day to day processes. You will be key to implementing improvements in the CRM processes across the business.
Responsibilities
* Analyse and document customer requirements
* Design & enhance processes
* Testing & Implementation
o Ensure test environments are properly configured & test instructions provided to business testers
o Support the team to identify & resolve issues discovered
o Support with the implementation & delivery of the program
* Provide technical support across the team
* Documentation of CRM processes
Experience Required
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience with D365 (Including customisation & configuration)
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in software development project implementation
* Strong understanding of cloud-based CRM
* Strong communication skills
* Experience working in Agile methodology (SCRUM / Kanban)
