Description Sitting within our Used Trucks Finance and Administration team here at Daimler Trucks UK, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Used Truck Analyst waiting just for you. Reporting into the Team Leader, you will support Used Truck sales by providing proactive sales administration support and data analysis and coordination of the project to implement and integrate the IUCCA system in the UK. Responsibilities More about the role Capture details of vehicle returns and ensure they go through the inspection and recharge process in a timely manner, while resolving potential issues that may delay this process. Forecast and communicate future return volumes. Preparation of daily and monthly stock reports. Working with Technical Specialist to calculate and invoice recharges for late return fees, excess mileage and damage costs and respond to the related queries in a timely manner. Data analysis and reporting of all topics relating to Used sales. Implement ongoing automation and report improvements. Support and cover for the other roles within the team to help with high workloads, holidays and sickness. Work with management to coordinate the project work required to implement new sales system, ensure processes are mapped and documented, ensure system interfaces are operational. Qualifications About you The ideal candidate will hold a university degree and bring a high level of energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm to learn attributes we value even more than prior experience. Strong IT capabilities are essential, with a background in finance considered advantageous. Candidates should have advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Power Pivot, as well as the ability to work confidently with SQL databases to query and structure financial data effectively. Mastery of Excel is required, particularly in financial modelling, VBA macros, and the use of Power Automate.
