Job Description
3. Full ownership of the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
4. Preparation and presentation of management accounts with clear commentary and insights
5. Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making
6. Business partnering with operational and commercial teams to drive performance and profitability
7. Cash flow management and oversight of working capital
8. Ensuring compliance with statutory and group reporting requirements
9. Acting as the key point of contact for auditors and external advisors
10. Leading and developing finance processes, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives
11. Supporting senior leadership with strategic planning and financial analysis
The Successful Applicant
12. Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or QBE)
13. Proven experience within a manufacturing environment
14. Strong background in standard costing and cost control methodologies
15. Strategic thinker with a commercially focused mindset, able to influence decision-making and drive business performance
