Senior Business Development Executive – Microsoft Dynamics ERP & CRM

We are partnering with a fast-growing Microsoft partner who are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to spearhead expansion across the UK market.
What you’ll be doing
* Own the full sales cycle with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
* Drive engagement with mid-market and enterprise customers across industries.
* Position and sell Microsoft Dynamics ERP & CRM solutions (including integrations and modernisation projects).
* Build relationships with decision-makers, negotiate deals, and deliver against ambitious revenue targets.
* Collaborate closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless client outcomes.
What we’re looking for
* Proven track record in new business sales – you are a true hunter, not just an account manager.
* Strong experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP and/or CRM) solutions and associated integrations.
* Ability to work independently, building your own pipeline and closing deals.
* Excellent stakeholder management and consultative selling skills.
* Comfortable working fully remotely, with flexibility to travel to client sites as needed.
