Essential Responsibilities:
1. Lead functional projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business trends.
2. Identify issues and recommend best practices to improve processes.
3. Partner with various teams to analyze and understand business trends.
4. Contribute to business or process improvements within the function.
5. Develop strategies to enhance product sales and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
6. 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

7. 5+ years in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales — ideally in retail, payments, fintech, or ecommerce
8. Proven track record of driving revenue growth within an existing portfolio of strategic accounts
9. Comfortable owning senior stakeholder relationships, including C-suite engagement
10. Commercially minded: able to interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable business plans
11. Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
12. Results-oriented, with a bias for action and the ability to execute in an uncertain and fast-evolving environment

13. You have knowledge of Buy Now Pay Later or regulated credit payment methods
14. You've worked with AI tools in a sales or commercial context
15. You're analytically strong and can turn complex data into clean, executive-facing insights
