Overview
Client Engagement Executive, Performance Partnership at Danaher Life Sciences (Beckman Coulter Diagnostics). The role provides a single point of contact at the C-level and VP level to ensure Beckman Coulter meets contractual savings guarantees and patient outcomes guarantees, with a primary focus on Performance Partnership and partnership guarantees. You will develop strategy to ensure client retention and growth through close interaction with commercial sales teams, service teams, Performance Partnership Consultants and commercial Customer Success Advocates.
In This Role
The Client Engagement Executive, Performance Partnerships is responsible for delivering on contractual obligations and driving improvements through Performance Partnership initiatives. You will help turn ideas into impact by leveraging Danaher’s Continuous Improvement system and working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with Performance Partnership Delivery Team consultants and the customer to ensure transparency of project inputs, outputs, issues, concerns and roadblocks.
* Analyze customer successes and gaps regarding contractual obligations and required change management obligations.
* Ensure program implementation as defined by workstream improvement opportunities is tracked and reported using Performance Partnership Dashboards and Standard Work Playbooks.
* Support the development of Performance Partnership communication processes, tools and Standard Work Playbooks that support fulfilling contractual obligations related to Performance Partnership requirements.
* Support talent development and organizational growth (e.g., participate in DBS training/certification, serve as a peer contact for new hires, and provide feedback to the assigned account team).
* Drive partnership by developing director and executive-level review reports and facilitating meetings focused on Beckman Coulter’s recommendations/solutions to improve hospital operations.
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
* Diagnostic Lab experience and/or understanding of laboratory operations.
* Experience in a client-facing role such as consulting, project management, or process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, LEAN) while advocating for client needs.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement innovative solutions and analyze client capabilities to identify root causes and growth opportunities.
Travel & Environment
* Ability to travel 50% - 75% of the time.
* Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Nice to Have
* PMP certification is a plus.
* Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus.
