Perks Early exposure to PLC boardrooms and listed-company governance Clear progression pathway to leading your own client portfolio post-qualification Hands-on learning from experienced governance professionals Opportunity to support a broad range of listed clients across multiple sectors Collaborative, supportive team culture Central London office with strong learning and development The Role As a key member of the team, you will support UK-listed clients across a full spectrum of governance responsibilities, including: Preparing board meeting agendas and digital board packs Attending board meetings and drafting minutes Drafting AGM Notices and related shareholder documentation Reviewing annual report disclosures against corporate governance codes Maintaining digital statutory books and records Filing statutory and regulatory notifications with relevant authorities Managing Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) records Supporting transactions such as IPOs and other corporate events Conducting technical research on legal, regulatory and governance matters This role offers exceptional hands-on experience, strong support and a learning curve that's second to none. About You You'll thrive in this role if you are eager to learn, proactive and comfortable working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
