IFA Administrator Location: Tamworth, West Midlands Position: Full-Time | Office-Based Salary: £24,000 £30,000 (dependent on experience) Working Hours: 8:30am 4:30pm Monday Friday (with an hours lunch) Benefits: 23 days annual leave plus 2 days off over Christmas and Bank Holidays, Auto Enrolment Pension, Excellent on-the-job training, free car parking. The Role As an IFA Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of Financial Advisers, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience. Key Responsibilities: Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers Managing new business administration Adding and scanning documentation onto the back-office system Processing adviser and provider documentation Preparing client correspondence Maintaining accurate back-office systems and client records Skills & Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience within Financial Services and demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills. Suitable backgrounds may include: IFA Administration at least 2 years experience.
