Executive Director Recruiter — Technology (12-Month Contract)
Location: London (on-site, 5 days per week)
Contract: 12 months initially — strong likelihood of extension
Day rate: £500PD

We're partnering with a leading global bank to find an Executive Recruiter to join a small, high-performing executive search team. This isn't a process-following, CV-shuffling role. It's an opportunity to own senior technology hiring end-to-end, influence demanding stakeholders up to MD level, and make a genuine impact from day one.
About the role
You'll join a tight-knit team of three that operates as a single, high-trust unit. Candidates and insight are shared openly, egos are left at the door, and every hiring manager and candidate gets the same standard of care and quality — whoever they're dealing with. The team is consistently busy, with demand well above capacity, which is exactly why they need you. This is sustained, growing demand rather than a short-term spike, so for the right person there's a real future here.
