At Acquire, you’ll work directly with the Founder to help build a modern, founder-led recruitment brand operating at the intersection of content, growth, media, community and commercial strategy.
You’ll help shape how ambitious consumer and DTC brands see us in the market and play a genuine role in growing the business.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
In this highly hands‑on role, no two weeks look the same.
You’ll sit at the centre of Acquire’s content, audience growth and brand activity—turning ideas, conversations and market insight into engaging content and commercial growth initiatives.
You’ll work directly with the Founder across:
* LinkedIn content
* Newsletters
* Podcasts & short‑form video
* Market reports
* Outbound campaigns
* Events
* Founder marketing
* Client brand initiatives
* AI‑powered content workflows
One day you might turn a founder conversation into a high‑performing LinkedIn post, the next you could build an AI‑assisted content system, edit podcast clips, launch a market report or research DTC ecosystem trends.

We're Looking For Candidates Who
* Are proactive, ambitious and naturally curious.
* Consume modern business, creator or startup content and understand what makes good content feel true.
* May come from one of these backgrounds (or something unconventional):
o Content marketing
o Creator/media
o Social content
o Startup marketing
o Freelance creative work
o Growth marketing
o A founder‑led business
o Or something completely unconventional
* Ideally:
o Be highly proactive and self‑starting
o Have strong written communication skills
o Understand social media and modern B2B content
o Be keen on branding, storytelling and content quality
o Enjoy moving quickly and experimenting with ideas
o Be commercially curious and interested in business growth
* Bonus points if you:
o Use Canva, CapCut, Riverside or Adobe Express
o Have experience creating LinkedIn content
o Can edit short‑form video
o Use ChatGPT or Claude regularly
o Have an interest in e‑commerce, DTC or consumer brands
o Follow founders, operators or creator‑led businesses online
Compensation & Benefits
* £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience
* Performance bonus linked to company growth
