We are an energy broker who deal exclusively with SME's for renewals.
We renew energy (Gas/Electric) contracts from the point of renewal for SME's across the UK (when the current contract runs out) We look to save money, offer better value, and recover over charges.
To be successful in the role the candidate must be:
Resilient and tenacious whilst remaining calm and professional
Organised
Ability to multi task
Be able to communicate clearly
Have a good attention to detail
Have a good work ethic and display the right behaviours
Strong IT skills
The role will involve:
Making 150-200 OB calls per day
Data sourcing, cleansing and inputting
Updating a CRM system
Obtaining forms via emails
Internal communication
Our interviews will be roughly 30-45 minutes long and will feature a number of questions that will test:
Knowledge of our business
Knowledge of the role
Previous roles
Transferable skills
