To support the team manager in all aspects of the team management in adult social care working with adults and transitions with mental illnessCandidate must have mental health experience as well as adult social care experience that is able to attend in the office a minimum of 4 days a week. The role is Monday to Friday 36hrsBased in Tameside we have 3 bases and initially it will be a different base on different daysThere is plenty of hybrid working available.
