As a customer account manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, handling queries and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Youll need an excellent telephone manner and be self-motivated with great people skills.
Primary objectives
Provide business development support to drive both growth and client retention
Identify opportunities for new work within an existing customer base
