About this role
We are seeking a seasoned support worker with leadership skills to join our team of dedicated professionals in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people.
The successful candidate will have at least 12 months of supervisory experience in a residential children's care home, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and a full driving licence issued in the UK.
They must also have a deep understanding of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice, as well as a commitment to promoting equal opportunities for all.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a nurturing and supportive approach to childcare.
Key responsibilities:
* To provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members in the delivery of high-quality care and support to young people
* To oversee the development and implementation of individual care plans tailored to the needs of each young person
* To work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive environment within the home
