1. General site management – leadership, organising, and monitoring site works
2. Ability to conduct inductions and toolbox talks
3. Competence in documentation and reporting
4. Commitment to maintaining good health and safety practices
5. Conducting general site inspections
6. Fault response management
7. Undertaking minor maintenance works, including cleaning hydro intakes, replacing building water supply filters and lighting, weed management, etc.
8. Proficient use of Windows-based IT systems and basic office software such as emails (Outlook), word processing (Word), and spreadsheets (Excel)
9. Availability to travel extensively across all sites
10. Willingness to work outside and/or in excess of normal working hours
11. Flexible approach to work
12. Strong stakeholder management skills
13. Valid driving licence (maximum of 3 points, given the likely amount of driving involved)
