7. Monitor for attacks, intrusions and unusual, Unauthorised or illegal activity
8. Creating and executing strategies to secure and protect networks and data resources
9. Planning computer and network security upgrades and testing hardware and software related to the upgrade
10. Use advanced analytic tools to determine emerging threat patterns and vulnerabilities i.e. SentinelOne
11. Managing technical problems related to applications and production equipment
12. Addressing intrusions using expertise in computer forensics
13. Engage in ‘ethical hacking’, for example, simulating security breaches
14. Foreseeing future problem areas by monitoring workflows and network traffic patterns
15. Monitor identity and access management, including monitoring for abuse of permissions by authorised system users
16. Acting as an escalation point to analysts
17. Incident response and analysis
18. Real-time network analysis
19. Digital forensics
20. Experience in using SIEM Tools
21. Preferable experience of using SentinelOne Complete
22. Strong knowledge of vulnerability management technologies
23. Up to £65,000 base salary per annum
