Basic Role Summary: This is an opportunity to support the growth and performance of the Chanelle Pharma branded large animal product portfolio across both the UK and Irish markets. The role will work closely with Sales, Technical, and Commercial teams to deliver effective and commercially relevant marketing activity aligned to customer needs. This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong farming background who understands UK and Irish cattle and sheep production systems, seasonality, and on‑farm decision‑making, and is interested in developing a commercial career within the animal health industry. Location: Onsite at our facility in Loughrea. As our Large Animal Marketing Executive, your key responsibilities will be as follows: Support the development and execution of annual marketing plans for the large animal portfolio across the UK and Ireland. Assist in implementing seasonal marketing campaigns aligned to cattle and sheep production cycles. Develop and maintain marketing materials including brochures, digital assets, presentations, and promotional tools. Support new product launches, including development of campaign materials and internal launch packs. Conduct competitor and market analysis to support product positioning and commercial strategy. Work closely with UK and Irish sales teams to understand market requirements and provide practical marketing support. Develop sales support materials that clearly communicate product benefits and differentiation. Support development of internal product training materials and presentations. Assist with sales data analysis, reporting, and forecasting to identify growth opportunities. Contribute to delivery of agreed sales targets through effective marketing execution. Support management and updating of digital platforms, including website and social content where applicable. Develop engaging and informative content relevant to cattle and sheep producers. Ensure messaging reflects farming realities, seasonality, and commercial drivers. Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and customer events across the UK and Ireland. Assist with preparation of event materials and coordination with sales teams. Maintain awareness of industry developments within the large animal sector. Collaborate with Technical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to ensure marketing materials are accurate and compliant. Support packaging updates and concepts where required. Ensure all activities are delivered on time and within agreed budgets. Qualifications and Experience: Third level degree in Agriculture, Marketing, or Business. Minimum of two years’ experience in a related industry role such as marketing, agri-food, or pharmaceutical. Strong understanding of UK and Irish cattle and sheep farming systems; practical farming experience highly desirable. Excellent written English and strong communication skills. Full, clean driving licence. Skills and Competencies: Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing drives sales performance.
