Customer Service & Sales Administrator - Permanent role
Location: Marchwood, Southampton
Hours: 36.25 per week (alternating weekly schedule)
Salary: £25,000 per annum

TLP Recruitment is looking for a motivated Customer Service & Sales Administrator to join a dynamic team in Marchwood, Southampton. In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting both customers and business operations. You will be responsible for handling enquiries, processing sales orders, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth day-to-day transactions.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on enquiries
Provide product information and answer technical queries
Raise purchase orders and generate picking lists and delivery notes
Coordinate deliveries by liaising with logistics partners
Monitor and manage stock levels
Raise purchase orders for stock, fittings, and stationery
Check and log incoming goods and deliveries
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Support general office duties as needed
Skills and Experience
Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach
Problem-solving abilities and confidence in making decisions
Computer literacy and accurate data entry skills
Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage time effectively
