What might you be doing?
As an apprentice, your tasks will vary, exposing you to all aspects of our work to help you discover your strengths. You will learn to:
* Produce detailed designs and drawings
* Use the latest computer modelling software
* Undertake site surveys

* Participate in meetings with project teams, clients, or end users
* Prepare engineering system designs on computers
* Write specifications
* Monitor construction progress

Our projects span various scales and locations, emphasizing sustainability, innovation, and collaboration. You will work on real, live projects from the outset.
Training
You will develop technical and management skills in design and project management. In-house support, mentoring, and supervision are provided. You will have one day of study leave during term time to attend university for your BSc or BEng in Building Services Engineering. The Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship will lead to Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status.
The apprenticeship typically lasts several months, depending on prior experience and opportunities to gain comprehensive competence.
What do you need?
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Two A levels at Grades A*-C including Mathematics and Physical Science, or equivalent
* Or a Level 3 Apprenticeship as a Building Services Design Technician
* Genuine interest in a career within this sector
