Your new role
As the HR Advisor, you'll take on a wide-ranging generalist position with ownership of several key HR areas. No two days will look the same, and you'll be trusted to make a noticeable impact from day one.
Responsibilities
* Providing HR advice to managers on a broad range of operational HR matters
* Leading all recruitment activity and employer branding initiatives
* Assessing candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and organisational fit
* Staying informed on market trends and competitor activity
* Managing employee relations casework including disciplinary, grievance, investigations, absence and welfare
* Working in a fast moving environment where priorities shift and there's always plenty to get involved in
What you'll need to succeed
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
* Proven experience partnering with line managers across a range of HR issues
* Strong literacy skills and exceptional attention to detail
* Highly organised with strong time management
* A proactive, customer focused approach with a positive, can do attitude
* Experience that enables you to add value quickly
* Background within a similar multi-site or distribution focused organisation would be advantageous
What you'll get in return
* Permanent, Monday-Friday position (37.5 hours)
* Salary dependent on experience
* Ranging from £30,000-£35,000
