Your Move are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Negotiator / Back up Valuer to join our estate agency branch in Bexleyheath on a full time, permanent basis.

As an Negotiator working at Your Move you will receive:
1. £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (OTE)
2. Car allowance
3. Guaranteed Commission pay for the first 6 months of employment

5. Day off in lieu for any Saturday worked

In the role of a Senior Negotiator you will:
8. Register Customers and carry out property matches
9. Generate and conduct property viewings
10. Negotiate offers between all parties
11. Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
12. Display excellent customer service at all times
We will also train you in all aspects of ResidentialValuation with a view to growing the business into new areas.
Previous experience within residential sales or lettings is preferred.
A full UK driving license is essential.
