As a Waking Night Worker you’ll be the first point of contact to customers at our client’s 24/7 schemes during the night. You’ll provide support, manage access to the building, carry out health and safety checks and deal with any emergencies. You’ll work independently, with support from the Scheme Manager, using your initiative to understand and identify any risks and take appropriate action when needed.
You’ll have access to advice and support from their out of hours management on-call service at all times.
Job requirements
Be the first point of contact at the scheme, maintaining a friendly and supportive environment and answer enquiries such as telephone calls and any other administrative duties.
Carry out regular checks of schemes, including all communal areas, monitoring doors and ensuring the scheme is secure.
Spend time talking to residents, especially those who are more likely to be seen at night.
