As a weekend Team Leader, you’ll be a confident and reliable motivator who thrives in a hands-on role. You’ll lead by example, ensuring the team delivers excellent customer service while maintaining high standards in food and drink preparation.

Your experience:
Prior hospitality or a customer-facing role
Experience preparing food and drinks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food hygiene (FH Level 2 certificate is a bonus)
What you’ll do
Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile
Lead the daily setup and close-down of equipment (e.g., coffee machines, juicers)
Oversee food and drink preparation, including; coffee, juices, smoothies, bagels
Maintain the highest hygiene standards throughout the day
Support and train team members to ensure smooth operations
Serve and clear tables, keeping the venue clean and inviting
Oversee accurate record & report keeping, labelling & break planning
