What You'll Do:
1. Guest Services: Manage guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring a pleasant stay.
2. Safety First: Maintain security and safety procedures throughout the night.
3. Security Checks: Perform regular security checks to keep our hotel safe.
4. Support Staff: Provide general support to hotel staff during the night shift.
5. Maintenance Help: Assist with any maintenance or housekeeping tasks that arise.
6. Room Setup: Set up meeting rooms and other areas as needed.
7. Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to guests when required.
8. Check-In/Out: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs as needed.
9. Emergency Response: Manage any emergency situations that occur.
10. Reporting: Prepare reports for senior management as required.

Ideal Candidate
27. Previous experience working in a hotel or similar environment, preferably in a night team member role.
28. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
29. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
30. A good understanding of safety and security procedures.
31. The ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
32. A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
33. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
