Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and passionate childminding assistant to provide exceptional care for children at Bambini Montessori Childcare.
As a childminding assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children under your care in the setting. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives and contribute to their growth and happiness.
Responsibilities:
* Engage in age-appropriate activities with, with the use of planning.
* Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
* Support in preparing or assist with meals and snacks for children.
* Assist with the daily routine including meeting children's needs.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all areas.
* Adhere to Bambini Montessori Childcare's policies and procedures.
Experience:
* Previous experience working with children of various ages
* Knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage
* Ability to effectively manage multiple children at once.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
* Strong understanding of childcare safety protocols
* Leadership qualities to guide and supervise children's activities
Qualifications and training.
* Cache Level 2/3 in childcare
-Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
-Safeguarding Training
-Food & Hygiene Training
