Role Overview
As our SAP Technology Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for growing and managing our SAP recruitment division, working with prestigious clients across the UK to place permanent and contract SAP professionals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the SAP ecosystem
2. Source and headhunt high-caliber SAP professionals across various modules
3. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job qualification to placement
4. Build and maintain a strong network within the SAP community
5. Attend industry events and conferences to expand market knowledge
6. Create and execute targeted business development strategies
7. Provide market intelligence and salary benchmarking to clients
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation in our CRM system
Required Experience & Skills
9. Proven experience in technology recruitment, specifically within the SAP market
10. Deep understanding of SAP modules, technologies, and market trends
11. Strong track record of placing SAP professionals in permanent and/or contract roles
12. Excellent relationship building and networking abilities
13. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
14. Self-motivated with a proven ability to work towards and exceed targets
15. Experience using recruitment CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
Desirable Experience
16. Previous hands-on experience with SAP or technical background
17. Established network of SAP professionals and clients
18. Knowledge of the UK technology market
19. Experience in running recruitment campaigns for large-scale SAP projects
