Locations: Swindon (SN3)
Contract: Temporary Ongoing (Potential for Permanent Employment after 12 weeks)
Hours: 6:00am start - job finish (rotational shifts including weekends)
💰 Pay Rates
7.5 Tonne (C1): £15.90 per hour
Class 2 (Cat C): £17.30 per hour

🚚 About the Roles
We're recruiting 7.5 Tonne and Class 2 Home Delivery Drivers to work for a leading national retailer, delivering household goods from depots in Swindon.
You'll be working with a Drivers Mate, delivering items such as TVs, white goods, and flat-pack furniture directly to customers' homes. This is a customer-facing, physical role that includes manual handling, heavy lifting, and "room of choice" deliveries.
Full training is provided before you start, including safe handling procedures. All drivers will complete:
A driving assessment
A Highway Code/Tachograph multiple-choice test
A one-day induction
🧾 Key Responsibilities
Complete multi-drop home deliveries with assistance from a Drivers Mate
Provide professional, courteous customer service at every stop
Handle and move large household items safely
Deliver goods to customers' "room of choice
Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and documentation
Follow all driving, health, and safety procedures
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
✅ Requirements
For 7.5 Tonne Drivers:
Valid UK 7.5 Tonne (C1) Licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, or IN convictions)
Physically fit, reliable, and customer-focused
Newly qualified drivers welcome!
For Class 2 Drivers:
Valid UK Class 2 (Cat C) Licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, or IN convictions)
Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented
