Location: Swanage & surrounding Purbeck area
Pay: £89 – £95 per day
Hours: Full-time and part-time available, term time only
Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? Do you enjoy working as part of a team to help every child achieve their full potential? We are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join welcoming primary schools in the Swanage area.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils in class, both 1:1 and in small groups
* Assist the class teacher with engaging lessons and activities
* Encourage positive behaviour and participation
* Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills
What we’re looking for:
✔ Previous experience in a school, childcare, or youth work setting (desirable but not essential)
✔ A caring, patient and proactive approach
✔ Flexibility and reliability – able to adapt to different school environments
✔ A genuine passion for supporting children’s education
