Job Description:
We are seeking an Administrator to oversee core administrative functions within the Distribution Centre (DC), ensuring smooth operations across both Warehouse and Transport departments. This role demands adaptability to manage on-site tasks efficiently while maintaining clear and effective communication with branch customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Communication:
* Respond promptly to branch inquiries via calls and emails, engaging relevant stakeholders for support and following up on overnight Transport deliveries.
* Manage and resolve all customers queries efficiently.
* Escalate branch concerns to the appropriate Warehouse and Transport teams.
* Investigate and address Stock Transfer Order (STO) discrepancies between branches.
Transport Administration:
* Identify and propose improvements to enhance DC customer service.
* Oversee uniform orders for both Transport and Warehouse teams.
