We have several exciting opportunities for Graduate Control Systems Engineers to join our projects team. Based in Milton Keynes, UK you will have the opportunity to work on an array of high profile, prestigious projects. To be successful you will understand Control Systems and Instrumentation along with the knowledge and eagerness to advance your career. You will report directly to Team Lead in the Automation Projects Team.
What you will do
* Design, defines and implements complex system requirements for customers and prepares studies and analyzes existing systems.
* Determine system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.
* Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of total system.
* Resolve program support deficiencies.
* Develop and recommend corrective actions.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
* Proficient technical expertise in control systems, instrumentation, or electrical engineering.
* Demonstrated ability in analysis and troubleshooting.
* Openness to collaboration within diverse teams.
* Development attitude as an approach to daily work.
* Proficient Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
* Manage the complexity of information and multiple partners to find solutions.
* Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
* Inclusivity and a customer-centric approach in communication.
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or science with a focus towards Automation & Control. E.g., Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechatronics.
* Personal qualities and experiences are valued along with any academic qualifications.
* Experience in PLC, HMI, SCADA and/or FactoryTalk Software will be a distinct advantage
