Join our team at M&S as a Visual Merchandiser in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll become a champion of our stylish products, and influencer of the latest trends. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their eye for fashion and want to delight our customers every day.
Your primary focus will be on creating remarkable visual displays that attract and engage customers, ensuring that our products are presented in the most eye-catching way. You'll also actively collaborate with the team to implement effective merchandising strategies.

Key Accountabilities
10. Dress and style mannequins to agreed standard each launch and throughout the season as required
11. Deliver seasonal Window implementation
12. Deliver ‘best in town’ standards through presentation standards, VM Principles, availability and keeping the store clean and tidy
13. Works alongside C&H colleagues to ensure correct implementation of POS each season
14. Serve our customers efficiently and brilliantly well – on the shop floor and at service points
15. Skilled to utilise all digital tools and communication channels to do the job
16. Share customer and colleague feedback to help us do things better
17. Share knowledge and experience with colleagues to support others in building skill and confidence
18. Own their own learning & development and proactively access digital learning solutions
19. Know the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions & selling opportunities
20. Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
21. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
