We visit people in their own homes to help with their care needs.

Home Care Assistants & Support Workers in Norfolk
We're seeking to recruit some great new home care assistants & support workers; people with the right values and attitude to work in our service – could this be you?
Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right attitude and behaviours to match our own You don't need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications to get started – we're happy to work with you to help you become an excellent care worker.

The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our service users are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. Duties may include supporting with personal care needs, support with meals or medication, or even just a cup of tea and a chat
Requirements
No Previous Experience Necessary Previous experience in care or healthcare would be of benefit, but we're happy to work with people without experience - childcare, animal care or retail people often make a great fit as do people who have cared for family members.
Being a car owner & driver would be of great benefit for this role, but we will consider applications from people without transport.
We'll need you to be reliable and trustworthy, not to mention a people person
