Reliable Recruit are looking to hire a Production Operatives/Machine Operators for work based out of our clients site in Haslingden
The work will involve:
* Following Job Sheets
* Picking Raw Materials
* Setting Machines
* Feeding in Raw Materials
* Operating Machines
* Putaway of unused goods
* Recording wastage
* Regular manual work with occasional heavy lifting
* Reach & Clamp FLT operation (If Qualified)
* General housekeeping duties
The working times and pay:
* Monday to Friday
* Weekly Rotating shift Pattern
* Week 1 - 07:00-15:00 and Week 2 - 13:30-22:00 and 13:00-19:00 on Fridays
* 37.5 Hours per week after breaks
* £13.08 p/h initially
* 12 Week Temp to Perm
* Pay reviewed when perm with progression available
Skills & Experience Needed:
* Experience in a Production/Manufacturing experience essential
* Machine Operating and Setting experience essential
* Good level of Maths and English to read job schedules and record wastage accurately
* In date Reach & Clamp Licences with operating experience an advantage
* Candidates need to be physically fit due to the manual nature of the role and for the occasional heavy lifting involved
